The Sitka CrossCurrent Felt Wading Boot is built for anglers who need dependable traction, stability, and comfort without unnecessary weight.
Designed to feel light on the hike in and secure in moving water, the CrossCurrent combines a supportive fit with durable construction for long days on the river.
An integrated 10mm felt outsole provides reliable traction on slick riverbeds, while the recessed felt platform is built directly into the outsole to eliminate traditional failure points and improve long-term durability. The felt sole is also compatible with studs when additional traction is required.
Underfoot, a full-length EVA midsole cushions each step and helps reduce fatigue during long approaches and extended days in the current. A molded ankle structure and supportive midfoot fit system provide additional stability, while ballistic textiles and zonal overlays balance durability with a lightweight feel.
Hydrophobic synthetic materials and forefoot drain ports help shed and release water quickly, reducing weight and speeding drying time. TPU reinforcement around the toe and heel adds protection against abrasion and repeated impacts.
