New Kingpin Centerpin & Spey Reels Just Arrived!
Just arrived at the shop: a big restock of Kingpin float & spey reels , including some of the brand's most popular models along with a few very special limited-edition colourways!

If you're getting ready for the fall steelhead and salmon season, or you're simply looking to upgrade your centrepin setup with something a little more special, we've got plenty to choose from.

Kingpin Core Series

We've restocked a selection of the classic Kingpin models, including the R2, Imperial, Kinetic & Spey series. These are available in a variety of sizes and colours, giving you plenty of options whether you're looking for a compact reel or something with a little more capacity.

These reels have become favourites among centrepin anglers for their classic styling, precision construction and smooth, dependable performance. If you're looking for a reel that's going to spend plenty of time on the river this fall, these are excellent places to start.

Kingpin Zephyr & Zephyr Aero

We also have the Kingpin Zephyr series back in stock, including the Zephyr Aero 4 ¼" and Zephyr 4 ¾".

These are beautifully machined reels with a distinctly classic look. The Zephyrs use a bushing system rather than a modern ball-bearing system, giving them a slightly different feel on the river.

That can be particularly appealing for anglers fishing faster water or heavier setups who want to have a little more control over their reel and reduce the tendency for the spool to overrun. They may not feel quite as frictionless as a bearing-equipped reel, but that added resistance can be an advantage when you're managing line on faster currents.

They're also simply beautiful reels. The classic styling, machining and porting make the Zephyr a reel that's as much about the experience of fishing it as it is about functionality.

Limited Edition Kingpin Zeppelin

The really special pieces in this shipment, however, are the limited-edition Zeppelin colourways.

We've brought in both the standard Zeppelin and the fully ported Zeppelin Aero, with each available in a selection of custom accent colours.

The Zeppelin Aero is an exceptionally lightweight reel thanks to its extensive porting. The machining is intricate, and the open design gives the reel a very distinctive appearance while keeping weight to a minimum.

We've got several of these limited-edition combinations in the shop, including green, blue and red accent colours. Each one has its own unique detailing on the front and back, making these particularly appealing if you're looking for something beyond the standard centrepin reel.

If you prefer a little more weight or simply like the cleaner, more substantial look of a solid back, the standard Zeppelin offers the same beautiful machining and limited-edition colour combinations without the extensive porting of the Aero.

Get Ready for Fall

With fall steelhead and salmon season just around the corner, now is a great time to take a look at your centrepin setup. Whether you're after a dependable workhorse like an R2 or Imperial, the classic feel of a Zephyr, or something truly special like one of the limited-edition Zeppelins, we've got some great options in stock.

Come by the shop to check them out in person, or browse the selection online.
