Product description

Location: Drift Outfitters - 199 Queen St E, Toronto

Event Type: In-Person only

Nick has been putting in a lot of water time this fall adapting to varying water conditions and running new fly patterns that are catching fish on the 2 handers. On November 10th, Nick will be at the shop teaching you to tie patterns that will help to up your steelhead game. Nick is a big believer in the Kevin Feenstra philosophy, keeping in mind a focus on bait imitation, sparse presentation, profile and swim. You will learn about different loop combinations with non-standard materials to achieve a new perspective on your steelhead fly tying. Come on out and see some new stuff, different techniques, and flies that will put fish to the bank.

Each student will receive all materials and tools needed to tie two wicked steelhead patterns and will get to take home the flies they tie. Students should have some tying experience for this class.

Classes are roughly 2 hours in length but may vary depending on the ability of the class.

Please note: Pre-Booking 24 hours in advance is mandatory, walk-ins are not accepted

Tools and Materials:

We provide the tools, vise, and materials you will need for the duration of the class.
